1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using WodPilot ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. Simple.
2. About the Service
WodPilot is a personalized training prescription system that uses scientific models (Banister, block periodization, ACWR, MRV) to generate daily workouts tailored to your fitness level, recovery capacity, and weaknesses.
WodPilot is not a medical service. We don't diagnose, treat, or prevent medical conditions. See a doctor for medical concerns.
3. User Accounts
Your Responsibilities:
- You're responsible for keeping your password confidential
- You're responsible for all activity under your account
- Your account is personal and non-transferable
- You must be 18+ or have parental consent
If Your Account is Compromised:
Tell us immediately at [email protected]. We'll help you secure it.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use WodPilot to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Post hate speech, discriminatory content, or illegal material
- Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service
- Spam or send unsolicited messages
- Impersonate others
- Violate any laws
Violation of these rules may result in account termination without refund.
5. Training Disclaimer
You Understand That:
- WodPilot provides training guidance based on your reported data and scientific models
- Training involves risk of injury. We're not liable for injuries that occur during workouts
- You're responsible for making smart decisions about which exercises to perform
- You should stop any exercise that causes sharp pain
- If you have pre-existing conditions, consult a doctor before starting any new program
WodPilot is a training tool, not a doctor. Use common sense. Listen to your body.
6. Your Data & Ownership
You Own Your Data
All training data, workout logs, and personal information you provide belongs to you. You grant WodPilot a license to use it solely to generate prescriptions and improve the Service.
You Can:
- Export all your data anytime
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Request a copy of everything we have on you
We Will Not:
- Sell your data
- Share your data without your consent (except as required by law)
- Use your data for purposes other than improving the Service
7. Content & Intellectual Property
WodPilot Content
All WodPilot content (text, software, designs, models) is owned by WodPilot. You may use it for personal training only.
Your Content
You own all content you create (workout logs, notes, goals). By using the Service, you give us permission to use your content to improve WodPilot's accuracy (e.g., training our models).
8. Billing & Payments
Subscription Plans
- Free: Always free, always available
- Pro: Monthly or annual recurring billing
- Coach: Monthly or annual recurring billing
Billing Terms
- Charges are billed to the credit card on file at the start of each billing period
- Annual plans are non-refundable after the first month (except per our Money-Back Guarantee)
- We'll send an email 7 days before each renewal
- You can cancel anytime from your account settings

9. Cancellation & Termination
You Can Cancel:
Cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. No questions asked. Your subscription will end at the end of your current billing cycle.
We Can Terminate:
We may terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. We'll give you notice and a chance to respond (unless immediate termination is necessary for safety/legal reasons).
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- WodPilot is provided "as-is." We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or results.
- WodPilot is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages arising from using the Service
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
This doesn't limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death/personal injury caused by our negligence.
11. Warranty Disclaimer
WodPilot is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee:
- That the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
- That you will see results
- That prescriptions will prevent injury
Our models are science-based and have been validated, but individual results vary.
12. Third-Party Services
WodPilot may integrate with third-party services (Whoop, Stripe, etc.). We're not responsible for their operations, privacy, or terms. Check their privacy policies.
13. Modifications to Service
We may update or modify WodPilot anytime. We'll notify you of major changes. Your continued use means you accept the changes.
14. Dispute Resolution
In Case of Dispute:

- We'll respond within 7 business days
- If unresolved, disputes are governed by laws of Delaware (or your local laws if applicable)
Both parties agree to resolve disputes before pursuing litigation.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflicts of law principles. You agree to exclusive jurisdiction in Delaware courts.
If you're in Europe, GDPR and local consumer protection laws also apply.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms anytime. If we make material changes, we'll email you and give you 30 days to opt out. Continued use means acceptance.
