The Refund Process

- We Process Your Refund: Full refund of your first month's subscription, issued within 5 business days.

What Counts as First Month?
Your first month is measured from your first paid charge, not from when you started the free trial.
Example: You start a free trial on January 1st. You upgrade to Pro on January 10th and get charged $39. You have 14 days from that January 10th charge (until January 24th) to request a refund with no questions asked.
After the First Month
After your first month, the standard refund policy applies:
- Monthly subscriptions: You can cancel anytime. Your subscription will end at the end of your current billing cycle.
- Annual subscriptions: You can cancel anytime. Your subscription will end at the end of your current 12-month cycle. No pro-rata refunds on annual plans.

- Refunds for partial months or unused time (we process by billing cycle)
- Duplicate charges (we'll issue a refund + credit, but this requires investigation)
